Please note, orders received by 18:00 KST, Monday through Thursday, will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of your receipt of your order.
Orders received after 18:00 and during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
How do I know if my order has been processed ?
When your order and payment are validated, we send a confirmation text message. If you do not receive this confirmation text message, your order may not have been received. How do I track my order ?
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation text message. Tracking is then accessible on the EMS's website up to 24 hours after your package has been shipped.
You may also track your order by logging into your en.bnaskin.com accout . If you have not created a en.bnaskin.com account, you may visit the en.bnaskin.com and type in your Order Number and Last Name to check the status of your order.
How Do I change or cancel my order ?

Can I return the products I ordered ?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with en.bnaskin.com purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on en.bnaskin.com, please return the unopened item within 14 days of receipt. We can only accept returns from orders placed on en.bnaskin.com. Purchases made at retail locations or through another web site must be addressed by the original place of purchase.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs.
A credit or refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order within 30 business days of receipt. Please allow for up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
If damages have occurred in your order shipment please contact our C/S Center within 72 hours for prompt resolution.
